Job Description

• Contract negotiations.

• Bachelor’s in agriculture/Horticulture
• Professional Certificate or others

Job Requirements

• Sales & Marketing experience with Agriculture/ Science background.
• Experience of Agricultural fertilizer and pesticides industry are preferable.
• Must have strong sales and collection skills.
• Excellent negotiation, customer engagement and closure skills with basic field promotion knowledge.
• Agricultural crop production and maintenance experience is an added advantage.
• 8-10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in Agricultural fertilizer industry.
• 5-10 years of crop nutrients, pest & disease management skills are the key preferred skills.
• Self-initiative, aggressive, experience in conducting field trials at end user level, floating effective revenue
• generating schemes and proactive actions on competition are value added inputs
• Must achieve sales and collection targets as agreed with management.
• Must have to handle local Agriculture fertilizer business related responsibilities
